The Sr. HR Business Partner will enhance and implement our employee relations, talent planning & acquisition, performance management, learning, employee & leadership development, and total rewards programs to cultivate the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our growth objectives. This position regularly engages with business leaders to translate the operational strategies into specific talent strategies and tactical priorities.
Lead the enhancement and execution of performance management, talent assessment, succession management, and learning programs and processes.
Provides effective employee relations support on human resource matters through strong execution of employee relations programs and providing balanced counsel, policy evaluation and implementation, and conducting confidential investigations where required.
Facilitates recruiting and on-boarding processes to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our business objectives.
Supports the evaluation and leveraging of the total reward programs to ensure their alignment to the business strategies and understanding of employee team members.
Collaborates and partners with the balance of the HR team in achieving the company’s functional strategies and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline.
Five to ten years of focused and relevant HR Generalist experience with additional experience in other HR disciplines preferred.
Broad and strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with leaders through strong business acumen to achieve business objectives through talent programs.
Focused experience in building and executing professional, functional, managerial, and leadership learning and development programs.
