Human Resources Manager
Our client, a growing Multi-Billion Dollar US Fortune Manufacturing Corporation has an immediate need for an ‘upwardly mobile’ Human Resources Professional to join the HR team of one their key plants located in the Minneapolis Minnesota area. Reporting to a off-site Human Resources Leader, the HR Manager will lead the delivery of Strategic & Tactical HR programs / processes to support the facility’s nonunion associates and the company’s overall business plan.
This position requires 4 + years of ‘progressive’ HR experience in a major fortune manufacturing corporation(s) with demonstrated expertise in the Strategic HR Business Partner Model, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement processes, Change Management, Talent Management, a strong Business Acumen and solid knowledge of the basic HR Generalist Skills such as E/R, Employment, Safety, Training etc. This highly visible position offers a clear career path to the next level.
Salary to $98,000 + Bonus
A Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration with a Master’s Degree preferred.
