  • Ensures that all necessary services related to the area in scope are carried out.
  • Implements and maintains quality processes within the areas in scope.
  • Lead and support the development and management of systems and processes.
  • The monitoring of compliance with the requirement of GMP.
  • Support of review and approval of GMP documents.
  • Provides interdepartmental training based on designed processes.
  • Collaborate with QA Operations and other departments maintaining a site robust compliance state.
  • Develop knowledge across QA organization.
  • Represents QA during customer and regulatory inspections.
  • Provide leadership at large multi-disciplinary projects.

Decision making

  • Lead many diverse projects with technical approaches and innovation.
  • Become source of technical knowledge for complex events / projects.
  • Use risk-based decision making processes.
  • Analyze successes and failures.

Continuous Improvement

  • Apply concepts associated with measuring quality
  • Use results from audits to identify areas of improvement
  • Assess and manage the pace of change
  • Keep the team updated with industry trend and best practices


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or administrative discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role in the pharmaceutical industry.
