Full life-cycle recruiting
Source and screen candidates for Technology and Non-Technology positions
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
Review resumes and access candidate’s skills, experience and knowledge in relation to the position
Leverage recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit quality talent as well as maintain all pertinent candidate and interview data
Manage and coordinate all correspondence with candidates
Conduct telephone interviews to further qualify candidates
Manage correspondence with candidates including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews with our client’s employees
Manage all of the administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members to create a partnership that yields success and credibility as well as an efficient and effective execution of hiring plans
Facilitate background and reference checks on selected candidates
Assist HR team with other duties as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
3+ years of recruiting experience. Experience can be in-house or from an agency
Experience with both Technology and Non-Technology Recruiting.
Experience recruiting for multiple roles across various teams and various locations.
Excellent organization and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Experience using an ATS is a + (even better if you’ve used Taleo)!
