We’re looking for experienced strategist who lives, eats and breathes new technologies and drives forward thinking. We know where we want to go, but don't know how to get there – come help us figure it out.
Your role is to lead strategic insights and thinking around new to world technologies focused on commerce and customer service. You will partner with subject matter experts around the Digital organization to influence our future roadmaps and experiences.
Where you’ve been:
Spent 7+ years acting as a Strategist in a fast paced technology leader. Preferably with experience at internet, messaging companies.
Management Consulting. You have experience consulting with senior leadership on framing the strategic thinking. Preferably with experience in a corporate strategy role or as a consultant.
Presentation & communication. You understand how to build out a pursasive storyline and experience presenting to senior leadership
Technology focused. You love technology and the latest developments in consumer experiences.
Collaborate and work quickly. You relish in the opportunity to work with diverse teams under high pressure and tight timelines. In fact, you are at your best and thrive in a fast paced culture full of collaboration, transparency and trust across teams
Prefer that you have graduated from a top tier MBA program
Experience building out strategies that engage customers - loyalty programs, CX initiatives, leveraging social media platforms
