We are seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Director of Quality. As the Director of Quality you will oversee multi-site operations and engage with international suppliers and end users. You will also be tasked with the implementation and execution of Quality Systems to include SQF at the Level III status. The development of superb bench strength will also be a large part of this role and you will be a “Key” round table member, providing future strategic vision for the company from a Quality perspective. Degree in Food Science or Micro
7 Years of Prior Quality Leadership in a Food or Ingredient manufacturing facility
Superb knowledge of Quality Systems to include SQF or BRC and HAACP
Excellent knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis
Excellent mentoring and development skills
